Houston-area coverage is measured from the Hockley origin. Each delivery and pickup address must independently be within 75 road miles. A city name or ZIP code alone does not confirm eligibility.

Road miles follow the driving route, not a straight line. This is not the distance between your old home and your new one.

First 15 miles: No distance charge for the first 15 road miles of each leg.
After 15 miles: $2 per road mile beyond 15, calculated separately for delivery and pickup.
Standard transport: Each leg costs $25 for 1–30 bins, $30 for 31–75, or $35 for 76–150. Delivery and pickup are both included in calculator and preset totals.

A distance-charge allowance is not a delivery-fee waiver. The calculator combines rental, additional weeks and standard transport. Extra distance, applicable access fees and tax are additional. Read the distance details and the transport-rate explanation.

Keep both exact.

Keep the full delivery and pickup addresses together. Route mileage is assessed from Hockley to each location independently, not between the two locations. A city guide cannot confirm the route for you.

02 / THE HANDOFFS

Know the access.

Ask your property contact about loading, gates and elevators. Confirm the equipment handoff point. Arrange the path inside separately and read the handoff notes.

03 / THE CONTENTS

Count your life.

Walk each room, then choose 1–150 bins in any mix. The first-week minimum is $119 with standard delivery and pickup, before tax, extra distance and applicable access fees. Base rates of $5 Large and $4 Small feed everyday volume pricing with a $69 rental minimum. Use the room-by-room guide, then try the rental + transport estimate.
