Equipment Rental Agreement

B1. Parties and order documents

This Rental Agreement is between HIVEBOXX OPERATIONS TX LLC, operating the Frogbox brand ("Frogbox," "we" or "us"), and the customer named in the Order Summary ("you"). Our business mailing address is 5900 Balcones Drive Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA. Contact us at orders@frogboxusa.com or (888) 615-2699.

The Order Summary identifies your equipment, quantities, supplies, approved delivery and pickup locations, rental period, prices, taxes and separately disclosed charges. This Agreement includes the version of the Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy provided when you book and the one-time payment you authorize at checkout. If documents conflict, mandatory law controls. A specifically accepted order amendment changes only the matters it expressly identifies. The Order Summary controls quantities, approved locations, dates and quoted prices; the Cancellation Policy controls cancellation and date changes; the one-time payment authorization controls that checkout payment, not whether another debt exists. This Agreement governs remaining rental matters. Website Terms do not expand rental charges or override these specific documents. The Privacy Notice explains data practices and is not authority to charge a card.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. If you order for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. A cardholder paying for another renter must separately authorize payment; the renter remains responsible for custody and return. A business employee does not become a personal guarantor merely by placing an authorized company order.

B2. Reservation, payment and scope of service

The initial order is payable in full through the payment process shown at checkout. Ordinary bookings do not require a security deposit. A quote, saved selection or payment-processing screen is not confirmation of available equipment. Your reservation becomes confirmed when we issue a reservation confirmation after payment and inventory/service checks. If we cannot accept or fulfill your proposed reservation, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled order without a customer cancellation fee.

We provide the Large and Small reusable bins listed in your Order Summary for eligible Houston-area rentals. You may choose either size or a mix, from 1 to 150 total bins; Small-only orders are permitted. First-week pricing starts with a bin subtotal of $5 per Large bin and $4 per Small bin. The first $50 of that subtotal is charged in full, and any amount above $50 is charged at 80%, subject to a $69 minimum first-week rental charge. These are our everyday volume rates, not a promotional discount. Standard delivery and pickup charges are added as described in B4. The minimum first-week order with standard delivery and pickup is $119 before tax, additional distance charges and any applicable access charges. The Dolly is listed at $20 for the first week as coming soon and is not available to book or included in an order. We do not offer XL bins. Unless a separate written service agreement expressly says otherwise, we do not pack, load your moving vehicle, move your household goods, store your property or provide moving labor. You are responsible for choosing suitable quantities and packing/protecting your belongings. Package recommendations are estimates, not guarantees that everything you own will fit.

The initial payment is a one-time Stripe-hosted payment, not a subscription. It does not authorize automatic later debits. Any agreed later payment requires a separate customer-initiated payment.

B3. Rental period and extensions

Your confirmed rental runs between the delivery and pickup dates in the Order Summary. Pickup must be at least one week after delivery. A later operationally assigned arrival window does not create a new rental duration or alter cancellation deadlines retroactively.

Request extensions before your scheduled pickup. An extension is not effective until we approve availability, confirm the price, receive required payment and send an updated confirmation. Until then, the existing pickup remains scheduled. Extensions are not a subscription and do not renew automatically. You may not assume equipment is available for an additional period merely because a payment method is saved.

For a voluntary early return of conforming equipment, the reserved rental period is not automatically prorated. This does not limit remedies for defective equipment, our failure to perform or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For both Large and Small bins, additional rental weeks are cumulative: week 2 is $1 per bin; weeks 3 and 4 are $1.50 per bin per week; week 5 onward is $2 per bin per week. Full billed weeks equal the resolved rental-day count divided by seven, rounded up. An approved extension adds only newly incurred weeks from the original rental start; it does not restart the ladder or retroactively reprice earlier weeks. Checkout shows the agreed dates, day count, billed weeks and price before payment.

B4. Delivery, access and authorized handoff

Delivery and pickup are equipment handoffs at the approved accessible location. Standard lobby access has no surcharge. Stair access to the unit door costs $10 per stair flight per delivery or pickup leg; elevator-to-unit-door access costs $20 per leg. Stair and elevator fees do not stack on the same leg. Select and confirm access separately for delivery and pickup before payment. Drivers may use the approved stairs or elevator to reach the unit door, but do not enter the rooms inside your home, apartment or business or provide packing or moving services. Provide accurate addresses, gate and parking instructions and an authorized recipient where required. Keep the route clear and pets secured. Do not direct a driver to an unsafe or unlawful location. A change to either address requires approval of service eligibility, routing and any disclosed price difference before it is effective.

We confirm service windows rather than guaranteeing an exact minute of arrival. If we expect to miss a confirmed window, we will provide a reliable replacement window or a stated next-update time. If a Frogbox-caused delivery failure means we cannot provide a reasonably usable alternative for your move, you may choose a refund of the unprovided order without a customer cancellation fee.

An unattended delivery requires your affirmative approval of the particular address and secure placement location. Our record must show the authorized location, delivered counts, time and a relevant photograph. A photograph alone does not override evidence of misdelivery, a wrong count or a defective item. You do not assume custody of equipment that we did not correctly deliver.

Both delivery and pickup addresses must qualify. Each leg includes the first 15 road miles from our Houston/Hockley fulfillment origin; eligible miles beyond 15 cost $2 per road mile, with a maximum of 75 road miles for each leg. Each distance and charge is shown before payment. The business mailing address in B1 is not the routing origin. Standard transport is charged separately for delivery and pickup based on the total number of Large and Small bins in your order: 1–30 bins cost $25 per leg, 31–75 bins cost $30 per leg, and 76–150 bins cost $35 per leg. These transport charges are in addition to rental, applicable distance charges and any applicable access charges. Your Order Summary shows the delivery and pickup charges, any other applicable charges and taxes before payment.

B5. Ownership, custody and approved use

Bins remain the property of Frogbox or the equipment owner identified by Frogbox. This is a rental, not a rent-to-own transaction. Paying an overdue or replacement claim does not by itself authorize you to keep or sell equipment. If title is to transfer after a settlement, that must be expressly documented in writing.

You are responsible for equipment properly handed to you, your authorized recipient or your expressly approved unattended location until Frogbox or its authorized collector physically takes it back, subject to the exclusions in B8. Do not sell, subrent, pledge, permanently alter or remove ownership markings. Do not move equipment outside the approved service arrangement without our approval. Do not release it to an unverified person claiming to collect it; use the contact or tracking details provided for your order to verify the collector.

Use bins for ordinary dry, nonhazardous household or office belongings only. Follow the care and safety instructions supplied with the actual equipment. Do not exceed a labeled or supplied load/stack limit. Do not stand on or ride equipment, place people or animals inside bins, block exits, expose equipment to fire or harsh chemicals, or use it for hazardous, contaminated or illegal materials. Do not transport loose liquids or materials likely to stain, contaminate or damage the equipment. Ask before an unusual use.

B6. Inspection, defects and ordinary wear

Please inspect the delivered counts and condition promptly and report a shortage, damaged latch, cracked bin or other defect as soon as reasonably practicable, ideally within 24 hours. This reporting request is not a waiver of a latent defect, an incorrect delivery or a nonwaivable claim. Stop using an unsafe item and contact us. We will arrange a reasonable repair, replacement or appropriate refund/adjustment for equipment we supplied that was defective or unusable without your fault.

Ordinary cosmetic scuffing and wear from proper use are included in the rental. You are not charged for pre-existing damage, a manufacturing defect or our inadequate maintenance. We do not promise that a bin is waterproof, impact-proof or suitable for an unverified load. Nothing in this Agreement excuses us from supplying reasonably safe, usable equipment or from obligations that the law does not allow us to waive.

B7. Return and additional time

Have all rented equipment empty, your labels and belongings removed, and equipment accessible at the approved pickup location and window. Keep bins unnested; do not put one bin inside another. Keep Frogbox ownership markings in place. Routine between-rental cleaning is included. Do not leave equipment outside an authorized return arrangement or unattended at our facility. Partial returns must be counted so you are not billed for items already collected.

If your failure to make bins available causes retention beyond the end of the agreed pickup window, additional time is charged only for bins you actually retain. The clock runs from the end of that window until Frogbox or its authorized collector physically receives each affected bin, excluding time attributable to Frogbox-caused pickup delays or safety-driven pickup delays not caused by you. For both Large and Small bins, the applicable rental-week rate is $1 per bin per week in week 2, $1.50 per bin per week in weeks 3 and 4, and $2 per bin per week from week 5 onward. We prorate that rate based on the actual elapsed overdue time within each applicable rental week, without rounding a partial day up to a full day. The applicable week is measured from the original rental start; holdover does not restart the ladder or reprice earlier weeks. We round the total additional-time amount once to cents and do not charge both an extension and holdover for the same bin and time. This holdover rule does not approve an extension or authorize an automatic later card charge.

A $25 pickup re-trip fee applies only when a documented customer-side condition causes a failed pickup and an additional collection trip is required. The attempt must be consistent with the agreed window and the access instructions you supplied. We will provide the reason and supporting information. No fee is triggered merely by an automated status or a driver's unsupported conclusion. No repeat-trip distance charge may be added unless separately quoted and accepted.

If Frogbox causes a missed pickup, extra rental time and rescheduling fees attributable to our delay are waived. Continue to keep the equipment reasonably secure while we arrange collection. You are not responsible for a loss to the extent caused by our failure to collect as promised, our instructions or our negligence. Ordinary weather inconvenience does not cancel a rental automatically; unsafe-weather disruption is handled under C8.

B8. Loss, theft, damage and extraordinary cleaning

Subject to applicable law and the exclusions below, you are responsible for loss, theft or damage beyond ordinary wear while equipment is in your custody, even if a third party takes it. This responsibility does not mean a card can be charged without the separate claim notice and payment process in Section B9. Notify us promptly after discovering a loss or incident. For suspected theft, cooperate in making a truthful police report when appropriate and provide an available report/reference number. No police report alone proves your liability, and a missed deadline alone does not make every loss your fault.

You are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, an inherent defect, Frogbox's or its authorized contractor's acts or omissions, or loss occurring after collection. Where responsibility is shared, we assess only the loss properly attributable to you. An incident report must consider the delivery record, return counts, photographs, instructions and your explanation.

A repairable item's charge is limited to reasonable documented repair cost, capped at the amount applicable to a total loss of that item. A lost or destroyed item's equipment-loss charge is limited to reasonable documented replacement loss, subject to a maximum of $39.95 per Large or Small bin. Salvage, recoveries, customer payments and insurance recoveries must not produce duplicate recovery. We will explain any amount an insurer or another legally entitled party may pursue rather than collecting the same amount twice ourselves.

Use only removable labels supplied or approved by Frogbox. Excessive dirt or contamination, difficult adhesive residue, or another customer-caused condition may require cleaning or removal work beyond routine cleaning. We may claim only documented reasonable incremental cost beyond routine cleaning, not an arbitrary housekeeping fee. Additional cleaning or adhesive-removal labor is calculated at $30 per hour ($0.50 per actual extra minute), plus documented materials used for that additional work. Routine cleaning time is excluded; there is no per-item minimum or rounding up to five-minute blocks. A label being unapproved does not by itself create a charge if it causes no extra work or damage. We will identify the affected items, evidence, additional work and calculation, using the notice and payment process in Section B9. Permanent damage is handled under the repair and equipment-loss provisions above. The combined cleaning/repair/equipment-loss charge for an item cannot exceed its total-loss cap. We will not stack full replacement cost, repair cost and contamination cost for the same item. Applicable tax, if legally due, is identified separately rather than assumed.

We do not automatically add lost profits, a penalty multiplier, a damage-handling percentage or indefinite rent after an item is established lost or destroyed. Reasonable additional-time charges stop for that item when its loss or destruction is established; a disputed missing count first requires investigation. Court-awarded remedies remain governed by applicable law, not a unilateral card debit.

B9. Claim notice and payment

Before seeking payment for a loss or damage claim, we will provide an itemized notice identifying the order, affected items, evidence, calculation and how to ask questions or dispute an error. Our operational target is to issue an initial notice within three business days after discovery and reconcile promptly; this target does not replace statutory or card-network requirements. We may revise a documented estimate with an explanation and credit any overpayment.

For loss, theft or damage, our standard card process is a separate itemized payment request with your incident-specific approval, using a processor-supported authenticated checkout. A general card-on-file authorization is not advance agreement that every incident is your fault. If a claim is disputed or you decline card payment, we will use a documented resolution, insurance or lawful civil recovery process. A refusal to authorize a card charge does not by itself extinguish a properly established debt or establish theft.

B10. Default, recovery and legal rights

If equipment is not returned or another material breach occurs, we may suspend further rentals, request a replacement payment arrangement and make a documented demand for return. We will give the notice and opportunity to respond required by applicable law. We may seek lawful recovery through voluntary surrender or court process. This Agreement does not authorize forcible entry, entry into an occupied residence without lawful authority, a breach of the peace, seizure of your unrelated property or taking your belongings as collateral.

We may report objectively supported suspected theft to the proper authorities. Late return, a billing disagreement or failed card payment is not automatically a criminal offense. Police reporting must not be used as a threat to force payment of a disputed civil claim. No provision waives a bankruptcy stay or other legal protection.

B11. Responsibility for belongings and third-party claims

You control packing and the transport of your belongings. Frogbox is not selling insurance for those belongings. If you retain a separate mover, its contract and insurance govern its service; that does not release Frogbox from responsibility for our own equipment or acts.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable third-party loss directly caused by your negligent or intentional misuse of the equipment or material breach. You do not indemnify Frogbox for Frogbox's negligence, defective equipment, willful misconduct or matters the law prohibits shifting to you. A request for indemnification requires notice, evidence and a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defense; no settlement may impose an unapproved obligation on you. There is no automatic debit of legal fees or alleged indemnity costs.

Except where prohibited, neither party seeks speculative, remote or duplicative consequential losses for an ordinary contract breach. This clause does not exclude bodily injury claims, damage caused by negligent or willful conduct, fraud, express promises, statutory consumer remedies or any liability that cannot be restricted. This Agreement does not include a general liability dollar cap, mandatory arbitration clause or jury/class waiver.

B12. Notices, disputes and continuing obligations

Use the order portal when available, support@frogboxusa.com, or (888) 615-2699 for service changes. We will timestamp requests and provide a reference or written confirmation. A portal outage does not remove your ability to give timely notice by another listed channel. A requested change takes effect only when confirmed, but its receipt time—not our later response—determines whether your request was timely.

Texas law governs Texas rentals to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue; this clause does not override a consumer's protected forum. Contacting support is encouraged but does not surrender chargeback, regulator, court or other nonwaivable rights. A clause found unenforceable is limited or severed only to the extent lawful. Accrued lawful payment, return and claim-resolution obligations survive completion; new website terms do not retroactively change the order.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

C1. The short policy

Plans change. Give us at least 72 hours' notice before your delivery start and cancel for a full refund. With less notice, the late-cancellation deduction is the lesser of $50 or your first-week equipment rental charge. Your first confirmed pre-delivery date change has no rescheduling fee, including inside 72 hours, for a new delivery within 60 days of your original delivery date, subject to availability.

A free date change means no rescheduling fee. It does not include extra rental weeks, more equipment, a longer distance or a special purchase. We show and obtain approval for any such difference before confirming the change.

C2. Exactly when the clock starts

Your Order Summary must display a cancellation reference timestamp in America/Chicago time. It is the start of the delivery window accepted when the order is confirmed; if no narrower window is agreed then, it is 9:00 a.m. on the delivery date. A later route assignment may not move that deadline earlier. Exactly 72 hours' notice qualifies for the full-refund tier. The date of the rental and local daylight-saving rules determine the actual timestamp.

Notice is received when your request reaches the portal, listed support email or a timestamped phone/voicemail record. A staff response is not required to preserve that timestamp. We will send a confirmation of cancellation or an amended schedule. A quote, request or unanswered rescheduling message alone does not allocate a new slot.

C3. Refund schedule for an ordinary customer cancellation

When a cancellation is receivedTreatment
At least 72 hours before delivery startRefund the ordinary unfulfilled order in full, including original processing cost absorbed by Frogbox, subject only to a separately accepted and lawful special-order exception.
Less than 72 hours before delivery startDeduct the lesser of $50 or the first-week equipment rental charge; refund the remaining refundable order amount. Alternatively request your unused first no-fee date change under C5.
Customer no-show or inability to accept delivery after the window startsApply the same late-cancellation deduction, not a new penalty. Only actually performed and separately disclosed delivery/distance services may also be retained. The automatic first-reschedule promise does not apply after the missed start.
After conforming equipment has been deliveredNo automatic change-of-mind or early-return refund of the reserved rental period. Defects, nonperformance and mandatory rights remain protected.
Frogbox cannot provide the confirmed service and no reasonable alternative is acceptedRefund the unprovided order without a customer cancellation deduction. See C8 for partial service and weather.

The late-cancellation amount is intended as a reasonable estimate of scheduling and preparation loss, not a penalty. We will not collect it where prohibited or use it to obtain unreasonable or duplicate recovery. The same-event cancellation deduction and a rescheduling fee are alternatives, not stacked charges.

C4. What is and is not included in a cancellation deduction

The $50 cap applies once per canceled order, not per bin, address or unused week. The first-week rental charge means the equipment-rental component actually shown for week one, after applicable discounts; it excludes supplies, taxes and separately itemized distance/fulfillment charges. Prepaid later rental weeks are refunded on a pre-delivery cancellation rather than all being forfeited.

Unperformed separately priced delivery/pickup or distance services are refunded. Do not deduct an internal driver payout that was never a customer line item. For a dispatched but failed delivery, only actually performed, quoted service components may be retained; unused pickup charges are refunded. Supplies that are standard, undelivered and not customized are refunded even if staged. A genuinely custom or nonreturnable special order needs its exact nonrefundable amount and terms accepted before purchase; the label "staged" alone is insufficient.

Tax is recalculated or credited according to applicable law. We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method, ordinarily within five business days after the refund amount is resolved, and send confirmation. The financial institution controls posting time; a submitted or pending refund is not described as received. We do not refund more than was paid or refund a disputed payment twice.

C5. One first no-fee date change within 60 days

The first confirmed customer-requested change of delivery date before the original delivery start has no rescheduling fee. This specific promise overrides any generic late-change fee, including inside 72 hours. It applies to the same customer, same order and eligible service area. The replacement delivery must start no later than 60 calendar days after the original delivery date and be available when approved.

For unchanged equipment and rental duration, the original equipment price is protected for this first move. Quantity, duration, address or accepted special-order changes are repriced and itemized for approval. Payments already made are applied to the amended order; they are not treated as a new purchase of general store credit or a priority reservation.

The allowance is consumed only when the new date is confirmed. A rejected or unavailable request does not consume it. If we cannot offer any reasonable available date within the 60-day period that works for your stated needs, we will offer an agreed extension of the period or refund the unprovided order without a late-cancellation deduction. You are not required to accept an unavailable or unusable service as a substitute for a refund.

A date change requested inside 72 hours retains late-cancellation status if you later cancel that same amended order: the deduction remains capped at the same lesser-of-$50 amount. A date change requested with at least 72 hours' notice uses the new confirmed delivery start for a later cancellation. This prevents a last-minute move from manufacturing a new cash-refund entitlement without imposing a new fee merely for using the first date change.

C6. Further changes, unused deferrals and no double fees

A second or later customer-requested pre-delivery date change may be accepted for a $25 rescheduling fee per confirmed change, plus approved price differences. We disclose the fee before you accept. There is no fee for asking about availability, for a change we cause, or for correcting our mistake. A second change does not automatically start a new 60-day period.

If a deferred order has no confirmed new date by the end of its agreed deferral period, we contact you and close or extend it in writing. We do not forfeit the entire unused balance. Unless an extension is agreed, the refund is calculated under the cancellation status preserved in C5, with no additional "expired credit" penalty. Previously completed, separately authorized service or date-change fees are addressed in the itemized reconciliation; they are not deducted a second time.

The $25 repeated-change fee is not the $25 failed-pickup re-trip fee. They apply to different documented events. No cancellation fee is added to a completed date change. Pickup changes after delivery and added rental time follow B3/B7 rather than this pre-delivery promise.

C7. Supplies and early return

Before delivery, standard unused supplies follow C4. Opened or used supplies are not returnable for a change of mind. Unopened standard supplies in resaleable condition may be returned with the scheduled equipment pickup for a product-price refund; special-order exclusions must have been disclosed and accepted separately. Rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

A voluntary early equipment return does not automatically reduce the reserved rental price. We can agree an adjustment in writing; inability to use conforming equipment because your own move changes does not itself establish a service failure. We do not charge for an extension that was requested but never approved and performed.

The current Frogbox bookable catalog contains Large and Small bins only. The conditional supply provisions above do not offer packing supplies, a custom product or a bookable Dolly.

C8. Frogbox-caused changes and unsafe conditions

If Frogbox cannot provide delivery as promised, we offer a reasonable replacement arrangement or refund the unprovided service if you decline an arrangement that does not reasonably meet your move. If only part of an order is unusable or unprovided, we make an appropriate itemized adjustment rather than applying a blanket no-refunds rule.

We do not require unsafe driving, access or handling during dangerous weather, evacuation or other conditions beyond reasonable control. We communicate the disruption and arrange a safe alternative. Where service cannot be provided and no reasonable alternative is accepted, unprovided amounts are refundable. No force-majeure clause allows us to keep every payment indefinitely for nothing delivered.

Frogbox-caused pickup delays do not incur extra rental time or rescheduling fees. For safety-driven pickup delays not caused by you, we likewise waive time and rescheduling charges attributable to that disruption while you reasonably safeguard the equipment. A different issue caused by misuse or refusal of a safe confirmed collection is evaluated on its own evidence.

Website Terms

D1. Operator, scope and assent

These Terms govern the Frogbox website and any customer portal actually made available by HIVEBOXX OPERATIONS TX LLC, operating the Frogbox brand, at 5900 Balcones Drive Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA. They do not apply as operator terms for every independent Trailblazer user or another brand merely because software or ownership is shared.

You affirmatively accept these Terms when the website requests your agreement for a transaction or account. Public browsing alone does not create an equipment rental, authorize a charge or grant marketing permission. The Privacy Notice describes data practices and choices separately. Your Rental Agreement, Order Summary, Cancellation Policy and one-time checkout payment authorization govern your rental as described in B1.

D2. Accurate information and account security

Provide information reasonably necessary to price and perform your order accurately. Do not impersonate another person, use a payment method without authority, misstate delivery instructions or access another customer's account or order. Keep passwords and private order links secure. Anyone holding a private link may be able to view order information; tell us promptly if you believe it was disclosed or misused so we can revoke or replace it.

Reasonable fraud and identity checks may be required for a transaction. We use proportionate methods and explain requested information. A failed automated check is not, by itself, an accusation of fraud. We may decline an unconfirmed order or pause a disputed requested change while verifying it, but will not keep payment for an order we refuse to provide except for an independently lawful obligation.

D3. Website information and order changes

Displayed packages and service-area information help you plan. Final eligibility, dates, equipment availability, taxes and prices are confirmed in your order. We do not guarantee stock through an informational page. We will not silently charge a higher price to correct an error after payment: a material correction requires your approval or an appropriate cancellation/refund.

We work to keep the site available, but outages and delayed external services can occur. An error, timeout or blank screen is not proof that payment failed or that a new order is required. Use your existing order reference or contact support before paying again. Operational notices reflect the current confirmed order, not merely a previously scheduled message.

D4. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the site for lawful inquiry, booking and order management. Do not circumvent access controls, interfere with service, introduce malicious code, scrape private records, misuse other users' data or make fraudulent bookings. We may proportionately restrict misuse while preserving access to records and remedies you are entitled to receive.

Frogbox and its licensors retain rights in their names, logos, site content and software. You may view the site, save your own transaction records and use materials expressly supplied for your rental. No term restricts honest reviews, lawful criticism, regulator reports or other protected speech. You retain rights in your own reviews and submitted material. Public advertising use of a testimonial, name or photograph requires an appropriate separate permission or other lawful basis; providing a delivery photo is not a marketing release.

D5. Communications and third parties

We use the contact details you provide to confirm and service your order, address safety or payment questions and handle authorized updates. Optional marketing is separate. We honor applicable channel choices, opt-outs and legal requirements; necessary operational email does not authorize promotional SMS. An SMS opt-out does not cancel your rental or erase a valid payment obligation. Contact support to maintain a workable service-contact method.

We may identify service providers needed to fulfill your order. The contracting operator and equipment/service responsibilities remain as disclosed in the accepted documents. A link to another business or an optional referral is not permission to transmit unrelated personal data or to enroll you in that business's marketing. An independent mover's service needs its own agreement; our site does not make us that mover or waive our own duties.

When you use address-search or route features powered by Google Maps Platform on our site, the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service apply to those features and are incorporated here by reference. These provider terms do not change the Frogbox rental prices, payment authorizations or service responsibilities stated in your order documents.

D6. Digital records, changes and remedies

Where you elect electronic transactions, we retain an accessible record of your accepted terms, price and amendments and provide a receipt or downloadable copy. Contact orders@frogboxusa.com for assistance obtaining your records or discussing another available transaction channel. Electronic delivery and any legally required electronic consent must meet applicable law; this clause is not a substitute for a required specific disclosure.

Future website changes apply prospectively. Material new rental obligations do not attach to an existing order merely because website Terms changed. A current order remains governed by its accepted version and valid amendments. We will not make a charge authorization broader by revising a linked page after you accept it.

The website is not an insurance product, an unconditional guarantee of availability or legal/financial advice. This statement does not disclaim express product promises, fraud, negligent injury, statutory remedies or other nonwaivable duties. Rental disputes follow B12; site disputes go to a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue under applicable law. No mandatory arbitration, shortened claim deadline, chargeback waiver or negative-review penalty is created by these Terms. An invalid term is narrowed or severed only as permitted by law.

Privacy Notice

E1. Who we are and what this notice covers

HIVEBOXX OPERATIONS TX LLC, operating the Frogbox brand ("Frogbox," "we" or "us"), is responsible for the Frogbox services described in this notice. Contact us at privacy@frogboxusa.com, (888) 615-2699, or 5900 Balcones Drive Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA.

This notice covers our Frogbox Houston website, quotes, online rentals, payments, deliveries, pickups, customer support and optional communications you request. It does not describe the separate services of other brands or independent rental operators. Optional marketing, tracking or referral choices are not a condition of renting.

E2. Information we collect and why

We collect and use information relevant to your request and rental:

  • Contact and order information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, authorized recipient and order reference, to provide quotes, arrange your rental, confirm requested changes and respond to support questions.
  • Delivery and pickup information, such as addresses, dates, service windows, route information and necessary handoff or access instructions, to check service eligibility, calculate distance charges and complete deliveries and pickups.
  • Transaction information, such as equipment ordered, rental dates, amounts, taxes, billing details, payment references and payment status, to process authorized payments, issue refunds and maintain accounting records.
  • Operational records, such as equipment counts, relevant condition or handoff photographs, timestamps and incident correspondence, to document service, investigate problems and resolve cleaning, damage, shortage or loss questions.
  • Website and security information, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, session identifiers and error or security events, to deliver the website, support transactions and investigate faults, fraud or misuse.
  • Communication choices and requests, including the updates you ask for and preferences you communicate, to respond to your request and respect your choices.

Information comes from you, people you authorize to act for you, your interactions with our services and providers involved in the transaction or service. We use delivery and pickup addresses and route information to assess coverage and plan service. Information identifying a residence or handoff point is handled for those operational purposes.

Please do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, Social Security numbers, medical details or unrelated sensitive information in support messages or delivery notes. Provide access instructions only through the agreed service channel.

E3. Payments, saved methods and fraud prevention

We use Stripe to process payments. Payment information is entered through Stripe's payment interface. We use transaction references, amounts and payment-status information to administer your payment, refund, receipt and related accounting or dispute records.

Stripe, payment networks and your payment-method provider also process information for transaction security, fraud prevention and their legal obligations. Stripe explains its practices and any separate consumer services in its Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. Any separate wallet or saved-payment option presented by a payment provider has its own choices and disclosures.

Paying for a booking is not blanket permission for Frogbox to make later charges. Approval of a later extension or an incident-specific cleaning, damage or loss payment is separate from retaining transaction records. The applicable rental terms and the specific payment authorization govern those charges.

We and our providers use transaction and technical information to protect payments and investigate misuse. Contact us if a payment or security check prevents you from completing a legitimate request. Do not send card numbers or security codes to customer support.

E4. How we share information

We share information needed to operate and support your rental with providers of website hosting, booking and business software, payments, address and route services, delivery and pickup, communications, security and customer support. Webflow provides website hosting, and Stripe provides payment processing.

The information shared depends on the task. Hosting and security providers receive relevant website and technical information. Payment providers receive information needed for payments, refunds and disputes. Address and route services receive the locations needed to assess or fulfill service. Communications and support providers receive contact details and the relevant message or service record.

Staff and assigned delivery or pickup personnel receive information relevant to their responsibilities, such as the service address, window, contact details, equipment and necessary handoff instructions. Access is limited by operational need; using shared software does not by itself authorize another brand or independent rental operator to access your customer records.

Some providers, including payment processors and networks, also determine certain uses of information for their own security, fraud-prevention or legal purposes. Their notices explain those activities. This notice describes Frogbox's use of your information and does not replace those providers' notices.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, insurers, courts, regulators or law enforcement for a claim, legal obligation, safety matter or lawful request. Information may also be transferred in connection with a business transaction affecting the service, subject to applicable law and the disclosed purposes. A materially different use requires appropriate notice and any permission required by law. Optional partner referrals require an appropriate request or consent; asking about service availability is not permission for unrelated referrals or marketing.

When you use address-search or route features powered by Google Maps Platform on our site, we send Google the address search text, selected place identifiers, route locations and related request information needed for those features. The Google Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference for those features, describes Google's processing of that information.

E5. Cookies, browser storage and website tools

Website and payment services use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as maintaining sessions, delivering content, protecting transactions and preventing misuse. Webflow's delivery infrastructure may set Cloudflare's _cfuvid cookie to distinguish visitors sharing an IP address when applying traffic limits. Payment-provider technologies are also described in the provider's privacy and cookie notices.

The moving checklists use browser storage to remember selected checklist item IDs on this device. They do not save names, addresses or free-text notes, send your selections to Frogbox, or sync them between devices. Use a checklist's Reset control or clear this website's browser storage to remove saved selections. If browser storage is unavailable, the selections remain only for the current page session.

The standalone rental estimator and the FAQ and field-guide searches process entries in your browser without saving or sending those entries to Frogbox. Information you submit through booking, payment or support is handled separately as described in this notice.

Your browser provides controls for cookies and website storage. Blocking or clearing these technologies may affect website or payment functions and remove saved checklist selections. Keep private order and payment links secure.

E6. Service communications and optional marketing

We use contact details to communicate about quotes, orders, payments, delivery, pickup, requested changes and customer support. These service communications do not subscribe you to a general newsletter.

General moving tips, offers and other marketing require a separate optional choice. We do not infer that choice from a quote, purchase or service-availability request. A request for a particular availability update is used for the update described with that request, not unrelated marketing.

You may change optional marketing preferences by contacting privacy@frogboxusa.com or using an unsubscribe mechanism supplied with a message. Withdrawing a marketing choice does not cancel a rental, stop necessary service or legally required notices, or require deletion of records we must otherwise retain. We do not treat promotional messages as necessary service notices merely to avoid your choice.

E7. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the information and risks involved. Access to customer records is limited by job and operational need. Private customer orders are not public review or marketing records. No website, storage system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you suspect exposure of a private order link or other customer information.

We retain contact, transaction and service records for the purposes described in this notice. Relevant considerations include completing the rental and related support, maintaining tax and accounting records, investigating security or fraud issues, resolving claims or disputes and meeting legal requirements. Retention needs differ by record and purpose.

You may request deletion using the contact details in E8. Some records may need to be retained for an active transaction, legal requirement, security issue or unresolved dispute. We explain applicable limitations when reviewing your request. Checklist selections stored only in your browser can be cleared using the controls described in E5.

E8. Your requests and rights

Contact privacy@frogboxusa.com or (888) 615-2699 to ask about your information or raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law that applies and the processing involved, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy or opt out of certain uses, including sale, targeted advertising or specified profiling.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and authority to make the request. We do not ask for a full payment-card number or security code to exercise a privacy right. We respond within the applicable legal period, explain permitted extensions or refusals and do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Where an appeal right applies, you may appeal a denied request by emailing privacy@frogboxusa.com with "Privacy appeal" in the subject or calling for assistance. If we deny an appeal, our response explains any applicable way to submit a complaint to the relevant regulator.

E9. Children and notice changes

Our rental service is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek children's personal information. Please contact us if a child has provided information so we can review and take appropriate action.

Keep photographs relevant to equipment and the handoff. Avoid including children, faces, documents, home interiors or other unrelated private details when reporting an equipment issue.

We identify material revisions with an updated version and effective date, and provide additional notice or obtain permission where required. A revised notice does not retroactively authorize an incompatible use of previously collected information. You can contact us using the details in E1 with questions about this notice.
